Paleolithic lifestyle - 9/10/09.

Another exciting day. I’m proud to report that I have not deviated from the paleolithic plan. In fact, I haven’t even had any cravings yet for the foods I used to eat. I can engorge myself all day on fruits, veggies, and meats, so why bother with anything else?

Anyways, today’s plan was pretty much the same:

Breffix

-3 egg omelet with spinach, avocado, and shrimp. Also, a kiwi.

Brunch

-Protein shake (Syntha 6)

Lunch

-Turkey breast and leg, carrots with hummus, one kiwi, some grapes

Snacks (throughout the day)

-Grapes, banana, lean sliced turkey breast with diced vegetables, peach and protein smoothie

For the WOD:

AMRAP (as many reps as possible) in 21 minutes:

7 GHD (Glute Hamstring Developer) Situps

7 Squat Cleans (95 lbs.)

7 Push press (95 lbs.)

I did 7 full rounds, plus 7 GHD situps, plus 3 squat cleans.

It was brutal, and a lot of work output. Needless to say, at this point in the day, I am absolutely bushed!
