Paleolithic lifestyle - 9/11/09.

Another one bites the dust. One more day passes, still 100% paleo.

Breffix

-3 egg omelet with spinach, avocado. Also, a kiwi.

Brunch

-Protein shake (Syntha 6)

Lunch

-Chicken breast and leg, carrots with hummus, some grapes, an apple

Snacks (throughout the day)

-Grapes, banana, lean sliced turkey breast, peach and protein smoothie

Dinner

-Grilled salmon, mixed green, red, and yellow peppers, broccoli

For the WOD:

“Ryan”

5 rounds for time:

7 muscle ups

21 burpees

I did it in 15:17

Still feeling great, full of energy and vitality. I’m waiting to see the downside of this lifestyle.
