Paleolithic lifestyle - 9/12/09.

Powered through another day. Menu was a little different today, but logging each meal is starting to get a little tedious.

However, the optimism still stands. Worked through an awesome day with two WODs, which are as follows:

“Cindy”

(Modified - AMRAP 12 min.)

5 pull ups, 10 pushups, 15 squats. (10 sets).

THEN! Max reps to failure:

1 pull up (add 2 pull ups each round) on the odd minutes

18 squats on the even minutes.

(14 full rounds, +13 pull ups to failure.) I are spent.

Brutal.
